Monomala, learned GA appearing for the respondents No. 1 to 5 and Mr. S. Suresh, learned counsel appearing for the respondent No. 6. None appeared on behalf of respondent No. 7. It has been submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the applicant that during the pendency of the connected writ petition being WP(C) No. 1135 of 2018, the petitioner expired on 10-07-2025 leaving behind the present applicant as legal representative. On the demise of the said petitioner, the present application has been filed for bringing on record the LR of deceased writ petitioner. Mrs. L. Monomala, learned GA and Mr. S. Suresh, learned counsel appearing for the respondents fairly submitted that they have no objection in allowing the present application. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents and on perusal of the record, this court is IN. 23 MC(WP(C)) No. 606 of 2025 Contd…/- satisfied that the present application can be allowed in the interest of justice. Accordingly, the present application is allowed. Registry is directed to incorporate the name of the present applicant as LR of the deceased writ petitioner in the cause title of the connected writ petition.
