The Petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: xxxx 2. Initially what has been challenged was the show cause notice which had been issued on 15.09.2025 at Annexure-J, calling upon Society to show cause as to why an Administrator should not be appointed. 3. Subsequent to the filing of the said writ petition, much water has flown, an Administrator has been appointed and the term of the Administrator has also been extended from time to time, which has been challenged in W.P.No.32600/2025. Hence, the present petition has been rendered infructuous. 4. The issue as regards initiation of the process for appointment of administrator would also get subsumed in the challenge to the appointment of an Administrator which is under challenge in W.P.No.32600/2025. 5.
