Notice in this application was issued on 10.12.2025 and proceedings before the Judge, Family Court, Kailasahar, Unakoti Tripura was stayed on that day. After service of notice, counsel Mr. Dipjyoti Paul has appeared for the sole respondent today and stated that he has no objection for transfer of the said case to the Court of Judge, Family Court, Agartala, West Tripura. Therefore, this application is allowed and Case No.T.S.(Div.)88 of 2025 on the file of the Family Judge, Kailasahar, Unakoti Tripura is transferred to the Court of Judge, Family Court, Agartala, West Tripura.
