Case No. 371/2025 arising out of Kenduadih P.S. Case No. 55/2025 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 1625/2025, for the offences registered under Sections 80(2), 61(2), 238 & 3(5) of the B.N.S. 2023, pending in the Court of learned A.S.J.-X, Dhanbad. 3. Petitioner happens to be husband of the deceased Bimla Devi, who was immolated to death in her matrimonial home. It is alleged that to enforce demand of Rs. 5 lakh as dowry, deceased was tortured by the accused persons. It is further alleged that prior to occurrence, deceased had told the informant that accused persons were abusing and assaulting her and she was afraid that she will be murdered. 4.
