Learned Additional Government Advocate submits the factual report dated 05.06.2025, which states that after investigation, final negative report has been submitted before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kotputali. The report has been accordingly accepted by the Court below vide order dated 31.05.2019. 4. In that view of the matter, the petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. 5.
