As per averments of joint memo, the matter is settled between parties for Rs.82,500/- (rupees Eighty Two Thousand Five Hundred only). 2. The petitioner has made payment of Rs.22,500/- through Google Pay to the account given by the respondent. The respondent reports receipt of said amount of Rs.22,500/- sent through Google Pay to the account given by him. The petitioner has deposited Rs.24,000/- on20.09.2014 and Rs.36,000/- on 30.03.2019. In view of the settlement, the offence punishable under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 is compounded. The amount in deposit a sum of Rs.24,000/- and Rs.36,000/- ordered to be paid to the respondent – complainant. The respondent –complainant shall furnish his bank account details so as to transfer the said amount in deposit directly to his bank account.
