Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for both sides is present and Sri P.V.Raghu Ram, learned counsel for the respondent has submitted before this Court the case status report of H.M.O.P.No.42 of 2023, pending before the Additional Senior Civil Judge at Tenali, which shows that the case in H.M.O.P.No.42 of 2023 has been allowed by the Court below on 12.08.2025 and represented that the cause in the present transfer civil miscellaneous petition does not survive for further adjudication and therefore, the transfer civil miscellaneous petition has become infructuous and requested to close the same. 2.
