It is submitted by the learned Advocate on behalf of the petitioners that in this matter certain typographical errors have come up which are to be rectified in the judgment dated 08.05.2025. It is pointed out that at page 3 in paragraph 3 of the judgment at the sixth line the word “separating” is to be replaced as “spreading”. At the same paragraph in the ninth line of the said judgment “recorded dated 1/6/98” is to be replaced as “1/9/98”. At page 4 in paragraph 4 “Section 143” is to be replaced as “Section 193”. At page 7 of the said judgment in paragraph 10 “Section 196” is to be replaced as “Section 193(6)”. At page 7 in paragraph 11 “recorded dated 1/6/98” is to be replaced as “1/9/98”. At page 9 in paragraph 14 “with effect from 13.08.2004” is to be replaced as “30.01.2004” and “30.01.2004” is to be replaced as “13.08.2004”. At page 10 of the said judgment in paragraph 16 “Section 141” is to be replaced as “Section 193(1) read with Section 193(6)”. At the same page of the said judgment in paragraph 17 “Section 193(6)” is to be replaced as “Section 193(1) read with Section 193(6)”. At page 12 in paragraph 19 “Petitioner No.2 and 4” is to be replaced as “Petitioner No.3 and 4.” At page 13 in paragraph 22 “Section 141” is to be replaced as “Section 193(1) read with Section 193(6)”. The department is directed to incorporate the above corrections in the judgment and order dated 08.05.2025. This order shall form part of the judgment dated 08.05.2025.
