Sri K.L.N.Swamy, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the respondent authorities have complied with the order dated 16.10.2023 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.26430 of 2023, however with some delay. To the said submission, learned counsel for the respondents submitted that due to administrative reasons, the said delay occurred and the same is neither willful nor wanton, as such, prayed to close the Writ Petition. In view of the above, since the respondents have complied the orders of this Court and also explained the delay satisfactorily, this Court is inclined to close the Contempt Case.
