It is further submitted that the petitioner had concealed the fact that a criminal case was pending against him. Therefore, even if later on acquittal is made the said fact shall be irrelevant. Furthermore, it is submitted that the appointments on the post of constable under the said advertisement are over long back. Today, when the matter was called none has marked presence qua the petitioner.
