Cr.MP No.910 of 2025 Pursuant to order dated 21.03.2025, Learned State Counsel on instructions states that clarification as detailed in Para 6 of the application does not relate to the instant case, whereas it relates to another FIR i.e. FIR No.237 of 2023, under Section 21 of the Narcotic Drugs And Psychotropic Substances [NDPS] Act. In these circumstances, Learned State Counsel states that no reply to the instant application formally required to be filed. In view of the above, the application is allowed and disposed of.
