The learned counsel for the petitioner submits at the behest of 4th respondent, the 3rd respondent is disturbing the peace of the petitioner by interfering with her peaceful possession of the house bearing No.3-69 (joint property) situated at Nallacheruvu Village, Vemula Mandal, YSR Kadapa District. 2. It is submitted that the police have assisted the 4th respondent in evicting the petitioner from her house. It is submitted that the 3rd respondent has instructed the petitioner not to enter into the said house. It is submitted that the dispute between the 4th respondent and son of the petitioner would be decided by the appropriate Civil Court. 3. The learned Assistant Government Pleader for the Home submits that the respondent No.3 is not disturbing the peace of the petitioner. 4. Considering the same, the respondent No.3 is hereby directed not to disturb the peace of the petitioner and also not to interfere with her peaceful possession of the house bearing No.3-69 (joint property) situated at Nallacheruvu Village, Vemula Mandal, YSR Kadapa District without following the due process of law. 5. With these observations, the writ petition is disposed off. No costs.
