(Oral) While placing on record communication dated 04.09.2025, issued under the signatures of Deputy Divisional Manager, HRTC, Kullu, Mr. Rahul Thakur, Advocate, appearing on behalf of respondent, states that sum of 1803935 ₹ /- stands paid to the petitioner on account of leave encashment, DCRG and interest on delayed payment and as such, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant proceedings.
2. Having carefully perused aforesaid communication, which is taken on record, this Court finds merit in the contention of Mr. Rahul Thakur, learned counsel representing respondent that mandate contained in the judgment, alleged to have been violated, stands duly complied with.
3. In view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant proceedings and accordingly the same are closed, being fully satisfied. Notice is discharged. However, liberty is reserved to the petitioner
