Road, Chittoor, Chittoor District till the disposal of this Contempt Case and to pass Counsel for the Petitioner(S): 1. SURESH KUMAR REDDY KALAVA Counsel for the Contemnor(S): 1. SHAIK KHAJA BASHA The Court made the following: :: ORDER :: The above contempt case is filed complaining about the non- implementation of the order dated 27.03.2025 in W.P.No.7665 of 2025. 2. Heard Sri Suresh Kumar Reddy Kalva, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Shaik Khaja Basha, learned counsel appearing for the respondents. 3. The writ petition filed by the petitioners was disposed of on 27.03.2025, and the operative portion of the order reads as follows: “Thus, given the facts and circumstances of the case, without touching the merits of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of, at the admission stage with the consent of learned counsel on either side, directing the learned 3rd respondent to place the representation dated 24.12.2024 made by the petitioner along with relevant material before the A.P State Waqf Board, within four (4) weeks from the date of 3 SRS,J C.C.No.1572/2025 receipt of a copy of this order. Thereafter, the A.P State Waqf Board shall pass appropriate orders in terms of Section 18 of the Waqf Act, 1995 r/w Rule 22 of the Andhra Wakfs Managing Committee (Constitutions, Functions and Duties) Regulations, 2009 within four (4) weeks.” 4. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, Sri Shaik Khaja Basha, learned counsel for the respondents submitted the proceedings of the 2nd respondent vide F.No.02/CTR/K/2009/Z-IV, dated 24.07.2025 and would submit that the Board has constituted a Waqf institution namely Shah Shah Preeran Mosque, wherein, the 1st petitioner is the President and 2nd petitioner is the Secretary. A copy of the proceedings has been handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioners across the bar. 5. Given the facts and circumstances of the case and since the order dated 27.03.2025 in W.P.No.7665 of 2025 has been complied with, the Contempt Case is dismissed. No order as to costs.
