At the outset, learned counsel for the respondents indicated that by way of submitting one letter dated 13.06.2014 (Annex.-R/1), the petitioner has communicated the Development Officer, Panchayat Samiti Jamuna Ramgarh that although, he has filed one writ petition for grant of regular pay scale, yet he is satisfied with the benefits, which have already been granted to him by the Department. Hence, the petitioner does not want to pursue the instant writ petition. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner is not in a position to controvert the same. 3.
