The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Sikidiri P.S. Case No. 06 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 307, 506, 34 of the I.P.C. and Section 25(1-B)a, 26, 27, 35 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of Ms. Divya Raghav, J.M-XVI, Ranchi. 3. On 06.03.2024, two unknown persons are said to have fired upon the informant, however he had had a providential escape. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner is neither named in the F.I.R., nor he was put on T.I. Parade. It was further submitted that several co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court earlier. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Ms. Divya Raghav, J.M-XVI, Ranchi in connection with Sikidiri P.S.
