Counsel for the Petitioner prays for the following relief(s):- (i)That, this Hon’ble Court kindly be pleased to issue writ/order/direction to the respondent authority particularly to the respondent No. 2 to consider the representation of the petitioner and to act in accordance with law, in the interest of justice. (ii) That, this Hon’ble Court kindly be pleased to issue writ/order/direction for immediately payment of all the dues and clear all the bills and vouchers, in the larger interest of justice. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has made several representation for consideration and payment of the dues, but till date the same has not been considered.

Learned State Counsel submits that in view of the limited prayer made by the learned counsel for petitioner seeking direction to respondent No. 2 to consider the pending claim towards the payment of bills for supply of the articles/furniture in the school authorized by the respondent department, she is having no objection to the limited prayer and if the claim of the petitioner is pending, it will be considered in accordance with law.
4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material available on record.
5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case instead of keeping this petition pending, I find it appropriate to dispose of the same at this stage directing the respondent No. 2 to consider/decide the claim of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible in accordance with law
