Learned counsel for the parties jointly submitted that in case petitioner prefers a representation seeking his transfer from the present place of posting, the Competent Authority/respondents shall consider and decide the same in accordance with law within a time-bound schedule. 4. In view of above, this writ petition is disposed of by permitting the petitioner to prefer a representation within -2- one week from today. In case, such representation is so preferred within one week, the competent authority shall consider and decide the same, in accordance with law, within further period of one week.
