GP FOR HOME 3 The Court made the following Order: Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, appearing for the respondents. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction of the respondents 2 to 4 in removing CC TV cameras installed at Goddess Ganganamma Talli, Linagaroapalem. It is submitted that the police have installed the CC TV cameras at behest of the committee members who are at dispute with the petitioner. It is submitted that the devotees are restrained into the temple by the police. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that there are civil disputes between the petitioner and other committee members. 4. Be that as it may, installation of CC TV cameras in temples is a laudable measure taken by the police to ensure that the property of the temple is safe and secure. Hence, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition. However, considering the submission that the police are restraining the devotees into the temple, the 4th respondent shall endeavour that no such devotee is restrained from entering into the temple. 5.
