Supplementary affidavit explaining the criminal history of three cases of the applicant has been filed in Court today. The same is taken on record. 2. The present bail application has been moved by the applicant-accused Bablu alias Kamruddin for the offence punishable under Section 2/3 of Uttar Pradesh Gangsters and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, in Case Crime No.235 of 2008, Police Station-Link Road, District-Ghaziabad. 3. Mr.Anil Kumar Ojha, learned advocate, appears on behalf of applicant and submits that the matter pertains to jumping of bail, as the accused-applicant being a labour, is working at Surat and as such was not aware of the pendency of the case, therefore, absconded from 2009 to 2025. It is further submitted that the accused applicant is on bail in other three cases explained in supplementary affidavit. 4. Per contra, learned AGA opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that the accused-applicant is a habitual offender and absconder, as such, his application for bail may be rejected. 5. This Court has taken into consideration the rival submissions made by the parties and perused the record. 6. The record prima facie reveals that the accused has already been granted bail in the present case, but has jumped the bail, as the accused-applicant is a labour employed at Surat. 7. Learned counsel for the applicant has assured that the accused-applicant shall appear in the trial on every date to facilitate the early disposal of the case. 8. Without touching the merit of the case, this bail application is allowed. 9. Let the accused applicant be enlarged on bail subject to furnishing a personal bond and two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
