The petitioner wants HR & CE Department to take over the management of the petition mentioned temple. 3. The learned Additional Government Pleader produced photographs and submits that there is no formal temple structure as such. Some idols appear to have been installed in a river bed. Merely because there is a dispute between the two communities in the village, that by itself is not a ground for HR & CE Department to intervene. The temple has no hundial also. It has no property on its own. 4. In these circumstances, direction sought for cannot be granted. The petitioner is however at liberty to move this Court again for appropriate relief regarding holding of the temple festival.
