No. 83/2012 as highly illegal, arbitrary, unjust and without jurisdiction and (b) demand and collection of FSA charges relating to 2nd quarter of 2012-13 by the 2nd respondent by including FSA charges in the monthly bills of March, May and June, 2013 as highly illegal, arbitrary, without jurisdiction and contrary to Clauses 9 and 10 of the Regulation No. 45-B of the A.P.
