Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State. 3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent would also concede the same. 4.
