A limited prayer has been made by counsel for the petitioner for issuing directions to the Trial Court to complete the trial in an expeditious manner. Counsel submits that the trial is pending against the accused since 2016 and more than eight years have passed thereafter, therefore appropriate directions be issued to the Trial Court to expedite the same. 2.
