The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer: “It is therefore most respectfully prayed that this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow the petition and quash the impugned FIR against the petitioner pursuant to impugned FIR and subsequent charge sheet (P/1) bearing Crime No. 692/2021 for the offences punishable under Section 420 IPC at PS Khamtarai, District Raipur (CG) against the petitioner which is pending as Cr.Cs. No. 18783/2022 before the JMFC, Raipur (CG) titled as State Vs. Jyoti Bandaru be also be quashed in the interest of justice accordingly.” 2. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the parties that the charges have been filed against the applicant on 3.11.2023 and the same has not been challenged in the present petition. 3. Considering the the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to take recourse to the law, if aggrieved by the charge- sheet and order framing charge.
