The captioned Writ Petition is filed seeking a Writ of Certiorari to quash the endorsement dated 06.04.2021 issued by the respondent in No.C2/CC/MA.HA/03/2021 vide Annexure- B and consequently direct the respondent to furnish the details sought in Annexure-A. 3. Heard the arguments and perused the Writ papers with care. 4. The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondent appears to have included his name in the rowdy sheet list. Hence, he sought information regarding the inclusion of his name in the rowdy sheet list. The request of the petitioner was declined by way of an endorsement on the 06th day of April 2021 stating that in case they furnish the information that would amount to divulgence of the confidential information. The reason accorded in the endorsement is just and proper. I find no reason to quash the endorsement.
