Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioners have been working on the post of Clerk in Krishi Upaj Mandi, Bhatapara since the year 2003 but their services have not been regularized till date, whereas, other similarly situated employees have been regularized 3 (WPS No. 7085 of 2017 & WPS No. 7196 of 2017) and for which they have made representations before the respondent/competent authority, which have not been considered and decided till date. 3. Be that as it may, respondent Nos.2 & 3/competent authority are directed to consider and decide the said representation of the petitioners on its own merit strictly in accordance with law by passing a reasoned and speaking order within three months from the date of receipt of this order. Further, the petitioners are also at liberty to file additional representation along with relevant documents within two weeks from today before the respondent/competent authority for redressal of their grievance. 4.
