This Court, while admitting the Civil Revision Petition and granting stay of all further proceedings, granted liberty to the petitioner to file an application before the trial Court seeking a direction to the expert for comparison of the disputed signatures before the Sub-Registrar, Ranasthalam. On receipt of the expert certificate, the petitioner may file an application before the trial Court, and the trial Court is to consider the same. 2. On 01.08.2023, the learned counsel for the petitioner filed proof of service, but there is no representation for the respondents. 3. Recording the submissions, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed off in terms of the interim orders granted by this Court on 13.12.2019. No costs. 4.
