A.G. assisted by Ms. Sharmila, learned counsel appearing for the respondents, submitted that the present writ petition has been filed assailing the order dated 03.09.2024 issued by the Under Secretary (H&SC), Government of Manipur, by which the transfer and posting of Agriculture Officers/Equivalent of Horticulture & Soil Conservation Department on in-charge basis vide order dated 03.09.2024 had been kept in abeyance. The learned Dy. A.G. submitted that subsequent to the filing of this writ petition, the Under Secretary(Horti. &SC), Government of Manipur, issued an order dated 25.02.2025 by which the said impugned order has been cancelled. The learned Dy.
