G V S KISHORE KUMAR The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed seeking indulgence of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus to declare the action of the respondents in not releasing the increments which are due to the Petitioner as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional being violative of Articles 14 and 16 of Constitution of India and consequently, direct the respondents to release the increments due to the Petitioner from 2016 onwards as per the law laid down by this Court in WP No.6617 of 2004, dated 04.11.2004. 2. Heard Sri S.Gopal Rao, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Sri G.V.S.Kishore Kumar, learned Government Pleader for Education appearing for respondents. Perused the material on record. 2 3. Learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that the interim order passed by this Court dated 24.04.2018 vide IA No.1 of 2018 to consider the claim of the Petitioner for release of the increments due to him from 2016 onwards as per the Order of this Court in WP No.6617 of 2004, dated 04.11.2004 is complied with and no further orders are required in this Writ Petition. 4. Learned Government Pleader would submit that the Court may pass appropriate Orders. 5. In that view, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
