Challenge in this petition is to a notice dated 10.2.2025, issued by the respondent no.4 which states that the petitioner has encroached upon Plot No. 1510 having an area 0.2000 hectares recorded in the revenue record as Naveen Parti. 2. The petitioner is alleged to have constructed a house over 150 sq. yard on said plot no. 1510 which is reserved for Harijan Abadi in the revenue record. The notice calls upon the petitioners to remove the offending constructions, failing which legal proceeding and eviction/demolition will be taken against the petitioner. 3. Counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has neither replied to the notice nor any legal proceedings have been initiated against him. 4. Since two months have elapsed, we do not fit to interfere in the matter because in any case the issues that have been pleaded in the writ petition by the petitioner would entail entering into disputed questions of fact. 5. Under the circumstances, the writ petition is dismissed leaving it open for the petitioner to contest any proceedings as and when they are initiated against him.
