It is the case of the applicant that opposite party Nos.2 to 10 are making constructions over the suit property in disobedience of the order passed by this Court. 4. It comes from the records that the opposite parties have not been impleaded as respondents in Writ-C No.23498 of 2018. 5. In view of the aforesaid, the restrain order passed by this Court is not operative on the opposite parties. 6.
