By this application the applicant has prayed for suspension of the sentence imposed upon him vide order dated 31.12.2022 by the learned Sessions Judge, Karimganj, Assam in Sessions Case No. 115/2015. The applicant was convicted and sentenced to undergo imprisonment of 7 (seven) years and to fine of Rs.10,000/- vide judgement dated 31.12.2022 by the learned Sessions Judge, Karimganj in Sessions Case No. 115/2015. I have gone through the judgment along with the evidence available in the record. The prayer of the applicant is allowed. The sentence imposed upon the applicant Abdul Hoque on 31.12.2022 by the learned Sessions Judge, Karimganj in Sessions Case No. 115/2015 shall remain stayed till disposal of the connected appeal. The applicant Abdul Hoque shall be released on bail of Rs.25,000/- with one surety of like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge, Karimganj. The IA(Crl.) disposed of.
