Choudhury, learned counsel for the petitioner. It is stated at the Bar that the instant writ petitioner had passed away some time in the year 2022. However, it is seen that the after the death of the present writ petitioner, none of his legal heirs have been brought on record till date inspite of lapse of more than 3 years from the date of the death of the petitioner, herein. In view of the above circumstance arising in the matter, there being none to press this writ petition after the demise of the instant writ petitioner; the writ petition, accordingly, stands dismissed for non-prosecution. Interim order, if any, stands vacated. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
