Learned counsel for the petitioner made a statement at the Bar that, in the instant case, investigation has already been concluded and charge- sheet has been submitted against the petitioners, upon which, competent Court has taken cognizance and summoned the petitioners. 2. As against the order summoning the petitioners, an application NA528/15577 of 2025 has already been preferred by the petitioners, which is still pending disposal before this Court and, as such, she does not intend to further press the instant writ petition, and, prays that it may be dismissed as infructuous. 3. Learned AGA does not dispute the aforesaid fact. 4. In view thereof, since the investigation, in the instant case, has already been concluded and charge-sheet has been submitted, against which, an application NA528/15577 of 2025 has already been preferred, which is still pending before this Court, this writ petition is rendered infructuous and it is accordingly dismissed. 5.
