(Oral) Precisely, the grouse of the petitioner, as has been highlighted in the petition and further canvassed by Mr. Rajat Kumar, learned counsel representing the petitioner, is that though in terms of mandate contained in CWP No. 1638 of 2024 titled Mohit Sharma & Anr. Vs. State of Himachal Pradesh & Ors., petitioner has been granted higher grade pay, but till date consequential benefits have not been released in favour of the petitioner. 2. While putting in appearance on behalf of respondents, Mr. Rajan Kahol, learned Additional Advocate General, states that he 2 consequential benefits, if not already released, shall be released expeditiously. 3. Consequently, in view of the above, present petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to ensure that consequential benefits, if any, on account of grant of higher grade pay, in terms Mohit Sharma (supra), are released in favour of the petitioner expeditiously, preferably within two months from today.
