J DILEEP KUMAR 3 The Court made the following order: This Contempt Case is filed under Sections 10 to 12 of Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 against the respondents for willful disobedience of the order dated 28.03.2024 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.3607 of 2024. 2. Sri U.Ramanjaneyulu, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the respondent authorities have complied with the order dated 28.03.2024 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.3607 of 2024, however with some delay. 3. To the said submission, learned counsel for the respondents submitted that due to administrative reasons, the said delay occurred and the same is neither willful nor wanton, as such, prayed to close the Writ Petition. 4. In view of the above, since the respondents have complied with the orders of this Court and also explained the delay satisfactorily, this Court is inclined to close the Contempt Case. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
