Respondent(s) PRAYER This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the 4th respondent in relation to Para 3.0 of the letter issued in No.CORP/ HR/WR/ 800/2011 dated 28.09.2011 and quash the same in so far as the petitioner is concerned and issue a consequential direction to the respondents to grant the benefits enumerated in Para 1.0 and 2.0 of the letter issued in No.CORP/ HR/WR/ 800/2011 dated 28.09.2011 by the 4th respondent, to the petitioner alongwith other benefits which are available for the Neyveli Lignite Corporation School teachers and employees with all attendant benefits. Hence, this Court has no other option except to dismiss the Writ Petition for non-prosecution. 3.Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
