Date : 27/06/2025 ORAL ORDER Learned advocate Mr. Keval Brahmbhatt places on record affidavit-in-reply of the complainant. The same is taken on record. Learned advocate Mr. Kumar Trivedi, under instructions, states that out of 22 witnesses, 9 witnesses have already been examined and trial is in advance stage. He, therefore, upon instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the present petition at this stage with a liberty to file fresh bail application if the trial is not over within a period of six months. Permission as prayed for is granted with the above liberty. The present petition stands disposed of as withdrawn.
