Caseoftheprosecution, in brief, I'SthatOn 25.ll.2024, on receipt of credI-ble I-nfOrmatiOn, the Sub-Inspector of poll-Ce along with his staff and mediators rushed to NH-16 road, 684 KM Stone to chennai, somavaram village, and found the accused i- _st li- § In possession Of 163.545 Kgs of GanJ-a. The contraband along wI-th other material was seized under the cover of mediators report. The accused were arrested and got remanded to judicial Custody. 3. Heard. perusedtherecord. 4. Learned counsel for the petitI'OnerS Submits that the petitioners were arrested on 25.ll.2024 a.nd since then they have been langulshing ln Jail. Moreover, poll+ce after conducting investigation in the present crime filed charge sheet. 5. on the other hand, learned Assistant public Prosecutor has not disputed the said submI-SSiOnS made by the learned counsel for the petitioners. 6. ln view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and considering the fact that the l'nvestjga{ion jn the present cr['me is completed and the charge sheet was also laI'd, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners hereI'n/Al and A2 on the followI-ng COnditions. i) The petitioners herein/Al and A2 shall be released on bail on theI'r executing personal bond for Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each with two sureties of the like sum each to the satI`SfaCtiOn Of the learned I Additional Sessions Judge, Rajamahendravaram. -<.tA -.~€ ii) The petitioners shall co-operate with the trial of the case. 7.
