Respondents have filed the compliance affidavit dated 25.06.2025, appending therewith copy of consideration order passed by the respondents on 07.05.2025 pursuant to CWP No.11050 of 2024 (Jasvir Kumar Vs. State of HP & Anr) decided on 30.09.2024. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that compliance affidavit is not in conformity with the ratio of decision in CWPOA No.1077 of 2019 (Nitin Kumar Vs. State of H.P. and Anr.) decided on 22.08.2022. In terms of which, respondents were directed to decide petitioner’s case. Taking note of the compliance affidavit and the consideration order passed by the respondents, present proceedings are closed. However, petitioner shall be at liberty to seek appropriate remedy for redressal of his grievances against the consideration passed by the respondents, in accordance with law.
