By way of the present petition, the petitioner has prayed for issuance of direction to the respondent authorities to maintain the status of the petitioner in the present place of transfer and seeks quashment of the order dated 29.04.2025 passed by the District Education Officer, Bilaspur KISHORE KUMAR DESHMUKH Digitally signed by KISHORE KUMAR DESHMUKH Date: 2025.05.15 18:04:42 +0530 2 by which the transfer of the petitioner has been canceled and she has been directed to give her appearance before the previous Office of District Education Officer. 2. Learned counsel for the respondent State at the outset would submit that since the transfer order dated 07.01.2025 has been found to be forged, therefore, the transfer order has been canceled and relieving order has also been issued to the petitioner. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner at this stage would submit that at least 10 days time be granted to the petitioner for joining the previous place of posting. This will suffice the purpose of filing the present writ petition. 4. Learned State counsel would submit that in case, the petitioner is granted 10 days time to join the previous place of posting, they have no objection. 5. In view of the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the parties, the petitioner is granted 10 days time from today to join the previous place of posting i.e. Janjgir-Champa,if she has not been relieved till date. 6. With the aforesaid observations and direction, this petition is disposed off. Consequently, I.A. No. 1/2025, an application for urgent hearing and I.A.
