The present review application has been filed wherein the grounds for review of the judgement dated January 20, 2025 are basically the grounds on merits of the case. 3. Upon perusal of the review application, we are of the view that no ground is made out for review of the judgement dated January 20, 2025. 4. This review application is nothing but an appeal in the garb of review application which cannot be countenanced. Accordingly, the review application is rejected.
