Without going into the controversy raised in this writ petition, as this Court is of the considered view that private disputes cannot be agitated under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, as the same apparently amounts to abuse of the process of law, this writ petition is disposed of with the direction that the complaints that have 1Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment?
2 2025:HHC:26796 been filed with the Authorities by the petitioner, be taken to their logical conclusion, in accordance with law. However, it is clarified that passing of this order will not confer any right upon the petitioner to again invoke the writ jurisdiction of the Court. If the petitioner is not satisfied with the action of the Authorities, the petitioner may approach appropriate Fora for redressal of his grievance.
3. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of, in above- said terms. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, also stand disposed of accordingly.
