Challenge in this petition is to a notice dated 10.2.2025, issued by the respondent no.4 which states that the petitioners have encroached upon Plot No. 1510 having an area 0.2000 hectares recorded in the revenue record as Naveen Parti. 2. The petitioners is alleged to have constructed a house over 150 sq. yard on said plot no. 1510 which is reserved for Harijan Abadi in the revenue record. The notice calls upon the petitioners to remove the offending constructions, failing which legal proceeding and eviction/demolition will be taken against the petitioners. 3. Counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners have neither replied to the notice nor any legal proceedings have been initiated against them. 4. Since two months have elapsed, we do not fit to interfere in the matter because in any case the issues that have been pleaded in the writ petition by the petitioners would entail entering into disputed questions of fact. 5. Under the circumstances, the writ petition is dismissed leaving it open for the petitioners to contest any proceedings as and when they are initiated against them.
