Mr. Anup Rattan, Advocate General with Mr. Rajan Kahol, Mr. Vishal Panwar and Mr. B.C.Verma, Additional Advocate Generals and Mr. Ravi Chauhan, Deputy Advocate General, for the respondents-State. While placing on record copy of office order dated 17.09.2025, issued under the signatures of Principal Secretary (Finance) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh, learned Additional Advocate General states that mandate contained in the judgment stands duly complied with and as such, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant proceedings. Having perused aforesaid office order, this Court finds merit in the afore submission of learned Additional Advocate General, which fact has been fairly admitted by learned counsel for the petitioners. In view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant proceedings and accordingly same are closed. Needless to say, consequential arrears in terms of aforesaid office order shall be released within a period of three weeks in favour of the petitioners.
