Limited grievance of the petitioner in the present petition would be for a direction to respondent-2, to decide the departmental appeal filed by the petitioner against the suspension order dated 24.02.2025 given by the Chief Conservator of forest, Durg Circle, District-Durg, CG. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that by the suspension order, the petitioner was placed under suspension, and his Head Quarter was fixed as Sub- Digitally signed by V PADMAVATHI Date: 2025.06.13 10:33:08 +0530 Wps 3612 of 2025 2 Division Forest, Bemetara. Aggrieved by it, petitioner filed an appeal before respondent-2 but till date, it has not been decided, and therefore, a direction may be issued to respondent-2 to decide the appeal at the earliest, possibly within stipulated time frame. 3. On the other hand, learned counsel for the State has no objection, if such direction is being made to respondent-2 for an early consideration of the appeal filed by the petitioner. 4. On due consideration, and from the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, it is directed that respondent-2 shall decide the departmental appeal filed by the petitioner on 28.02.2025 (Annexure P3) within further period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order on its own merits after providing opportunity of hearing to the parties. 5.
