ORAL ORDER
In this petition, the petitioner seeks following reliefs:
"(a) QUASH the criminal case/proceedings registered against the petitioner in Crime No.1/2025 of the Lokayuktha Police Station, Madikeri-first respondent, (FIR No.1/2025, in the Court of the Prl. District & Sessions Judge, Kodagu, Madikeri), for the offence punishable under Section 7(a) of Prevention of Corruption Act-1988 (Amendment Act-2018). (b) Pass any other suitable order in favour of the petitioner as this Hon'ble Court deems fit, in the circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice and equity."

3. Learned counsel for respondent No.1 submits that the chargesheet would be filed within a period of two (02) months from today.
