From the perusal of the same, it is evident that writ in the nature of mandamus is being sought in the present petition. Faced with the aforesaid, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition with liberty reserved to file an appropriate petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.
