Shashank Vaishya @ Anshu) arising out of Case Crime No. 312 of 2023, under Sections 406, 420 of I.P.C., Police Station- Kannauj, District- Kannauj, as well as cognizance/summoning order 13.12.2023, pending in the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kannauj. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant does not want to press this application and wants liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction. The instant application is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction.
